At schools across the country, students are returning by the carload with books and bags and boxes and beds and parents in tow. City streets are teeming and entrances are blocked off, and in the hot August sunshine, it's not always clear where they should go, which lots to park in and how to get to the dorms.

To welcome new students and parents, CampusBird client Wake Forest University created a unique "Move-In Day" category (layer) to their interactive campus map just for this occasion...

When checked the Move-In Day category highlights a set of important residence halls, traffic patters, pick up and drop off, student center, administrative offices, directions, East and West entrances, and more, all to help give new students (and their parents) the essential information they need to get to their dorms with minimal difficulty.

Kudos to Wake Forest - welcome new students with their very own interactive map category!
